Altitude Enters a New Era of Measured Momentum

Product Update and Release Notes - Building with Purpose

Every product reaches a point where quick wins give way to lasting progress. For Altitude CRM, that moment is here.

After months of rapid development and near-daily deployments, we are moving to a weekly release cadence. This new rhythm gives our team time to test, refine, and perfect every feature before it reaches our users. It is not a slowdown. It is a deliberate step toward higher quality and long-term reliability.

We are still moving fast, but now with precision. Each release represents a complete, tested chapter in Altitude’s growth story. For the financial advisors who rely on Altitude every day, this means smoother performance, fewer interruptions, and a more dependable experience across every workspace.

What’s New

Our development team has spent the past few weeks strengthening Altitude’s foundation and introducing meaningful improvements that make daily work easier and smarter for advisory teams.

Recent updates include:

  • Faster performance. Activity History and note management now load more quickly, improving workflow and responsiveness.
  • Cleaner client management. A new Inactive Contacts filter gives financial advisors a clearer picture of engagement across their book.
  • Smarter segmentation. Service Tiers are now integrated into both Activities and Contacts, helping teams prioritize service by client level.
  • Better data access. Contact lists and personal outreach data can now be exported as CSV files, laying the groundwork for a full reporting suite.
  • Improved accountability. Task views now display both who assigned a task and who owns it, giving teams greater clarity.
  • Reliable calendars. Recurring multi-day events now display correctly across schedules.

Each improvement brings Altitude closer to its goal: a platform that helps financial advisors work efficiently, stay organized, and grow their business without distraction.

Coming Soon: Reports

Our next major focus is reporting and insight. Advisors rely on data to make informed decisions, and Altitude will soon make that information available directly within the platform.

The first set of reports will include:

  • Daily Activity Summaries to track progress against goals
  • Opportunities Due to spotlight what is next in the pipeline
  • Team Activity Overviews to see how each member contributes to growth

These reports are the first step toward a comprehensive insights suite that connects performance, opportunity, and client engagement in one place.

Looking Ahead

This update marks a new chapter for Altitude. We have proven that we can build quickly. Now we are focused on building strong.

Our shift to weekly releases reflects a balance between innovation and reliability. Each week, Altitude becomes more refined, more capable, and more aligned with the real needs of modern advisory teams.

Thank you for climbing with us. The higher we go, the clearer the view becomes.
