Contact & Data Accuracy
Keeping client data clean, correct, and clear is at the heart of great service. This week we’ve:
- Added SSNs to the Intelligence Tab – Social Security Numbers now display in Contact Detail (fully encrypted, of course). You get visibility when you need it, without sacrificing security.
- Improved Relationship Visibility – Relationships now display on the Member Tile in Contact Detail Workspace, making it easier to understand households and connections at a glance.
- Fixed Preferred Contact Display – Contacts and households now consistently display the right preferred contact info, reducing confusion when reaching out.
- Resolved Canadian Zip Code Error – No more mismatched or missing addresses for Canadian clients.
Tasks & Calendar
Your calendar and task list should keep you on track—not cluttered. Here’s what’s changed:
- Cleaner Calendar Views – The “Task Completed” view is now off by default, so your calendar shows only what’s upcoming and actionable.
- Migrated Attachments Now Accessible – Any attachments that came over with tasks during migration can now be opened without issues.
- Fixed Tag Deletion Bug – Tags now clean up properly when removed, helping you keep records organized.
Activity History & Search
Finding what you need should be fast and frustration-free.
- Activity History Filters Now Save – Once you select filters, they’ll stick. No more re-setting every time you return to Activity History.
- Enhanced Search Bar – Clearing a prior search is now quick and easy, making the search experience more intuitive.
Communication & Compliance
Reliable communication and clear compliance indicators are non-negotiable.
- DNC Badge Fixed (For Real This Time) – Compliance visibility is back in action, ensuring you never lose track of Do Not Contact flags.
- Email Sync Errors Resolved – Messages now flow consistently so you stay connected without missing a beat.
Mobile & UI Enhancements
Because user experience matters.
- Pathfinder Stability – Pathfinder no longer shifts position when resizing your browser window. He’s found his footing.
- Contact Tile Fix (Mobile) – Internal fix ensures Personal Contact Workspace tiles display properly on mobile.
Internal / Admin Enhancements
Support teams now have an easier time helping you stay productive:
- Admin Console Enhancements – Internal improvements make it quicker to reset user logins and get you back on track if there’s an issue.
