It’s been an incredible few weeks inside Altitude. The office lights have been on late, the caffeine has been flowing, and the team has been deep in the kind of focused work that only happens when you’re building something big.
Every developer, designer, and product lead has been heads down pushing toward the next evolution of Altitude, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s coming.
This week’s updates have been quiet and done behind the scenes, mostly small tweaks and fixes because we’re building several major features that will transform the platform in the months ahead. While I have touched on it before, here is a chance to dive into these new features in more depth.
What We’re Building

Assets Workspace
The Assets Workspace represents a major step forward in how advisors view and manage client wealth inside Altitude.
It brings together every account and holding, into one intelligent, unified view directly connected to the household and helps define each client’s story.
Instead of toggling between spreadsheets or custodial dashboards, you will be able to see ownership structures, account types, and total net worth in app.
The workspace also lays the groundwork for direct custodian integrations, enabling end of day updates.
It’s not just a reporting tool—it’s the foundation for how Altitude will help advisors understand, advise, and grow client wealth with clarity and precision.

Altitude Bookings
The team is also working tirelessly to deliver a native scheduling app that makes third-party tools like Calendly unnecessary.
Bookings will include intelligent availability detection, two-way calendar sync, and automated reminders, all seamlessly built into your existing workflows. Once released, you will be able to schedule, confirm, and track meetings without ever leaving Altitude. Bookings will also integrate with Pathfinder helping you book meetings faster, and easier.

Automations
The Automations Workspace is one of the most ambitious areas we’re building right now. Not only will we give you prebuilt workflows, we’re also giving you the ability to modify them to be your own.
This means giving you the tools to automate more of your business, improve efficiencty, and make sure things down fall through the cracks. You’ll be able to design sequences that fit your unique client experience, from onboarding to reviews to follow-ups, all inside one visual, intuitive workspace.
Our team is deep in development, working to make automation creation feel powerful yet simple … Drag, connect, and deploy.

Account Management
The new Account Management area is coming together quickly. It is designed to give firms total control over users, licenses, and billing from within the platform.
No back-and-forth emails. No delays. Just fast, intuitive management for growing teams.
This may not be the flashiest feature, but it will make everyday admin smoother and more efficient the moment you start using it.

Migrations
Our migration engineers are building a new path for advisors joining Altitude from Wealthbox.
The process is complex, involving hundreds of data points, but the goal is simple: make the transition seamless.
This joins our existing migrations for Redtail, G5, and Gorilla 4, which have already helped many teams move into Altitude.

Pathfinder
We are working on a lot of Pathfinder AI refinements this month, giving it access to more of the new features we have built over the past few months and training it on how BGM recommends advisors and their teams use them. Pathfinder is one of the more unique AI assistants out there, if you haven’t tried it you should see what it can do.
The Pathfinder enhancements will focus on custom fields, more consistent task distribution, a new dashboard, meeting planning, and more complex differences and similarities.
Looking Ahead
Every late night, every line of code, every design tweak has one goal in mind: creating something extraordinary for the advisors who believe in what we’re building.
The energy in the office right now is electric.
New features are taking shape, teams are collaborating across every department, and the product is evolving more deliberately than ever. The momentum continues to build with each week.
If you’ve been with us since the early days, thank you for growing with us. You’ve given us feedback, patience, and ideas that continue to shape where Altitude goes next.
If you’ve just joined, welcome! You’re stepping into a platform that’s being built by people who care deeply about making your day-to-day simpler, smarter, and more impactful.
We’re just getting started. The climb is steep, but the view ahead is something special.
