Welcome back. We hope your holiday was warm, restful, and spent with people you care about. While many teams were slowing down, the Altitude Team has been heads down, wrapping up some of the most meaningful work of the year.
The past few weeks have been especially busy as we rolled out Workflows and a growing set of Workflow Templates, which are now live for everyone. We will continue adding new workflows over time as we refine and expand how firms run their operations inside Altitude.
As we head into the final stretch of the year, several major pieces are coming together at once.
What’s Taking Shape
Accounts and Assets
The final pieces of Accounts and Assets are being put in place this week, and we expect to roll this out to everyone very soon.
Once live, you will be able to manually add accounts and assets and track them directly within a household. This lays the foundation for a much larger initiative planned for early next year.
We are actively in conversations with Fidelity and Schwab, and have begun outreach to Pershing and LPL. Conversations with Raymond James and NFS are also on deck. These efforts are part of our long-term custodial integration roadmap.
Altitude Bookings
Altitude Bookings is nearly ready for beta testing. This feature brings a fully integrated booking calendar directly into Altitude for teams that want to replace third-party scheduling tools and keep everything in one system.
More details on beta access will be shared shortly.
Platform Performance and Experience
We completed a major overhaul of the code powering Activity History, resulting in noticeable performance improvements. Alongside this work, we optimized the layout and usability of the Highlights and Timeline components in the Contact workspace.
These changes make better use of screen space and reduce the number of clicks required to view or act on activities. You will also notice new icons in Activity History that allow you to jump directly to an activity or preview details without leaving the workspace.
To improve collaboration, we are also adding reply-to-comments within the Timeline. This will give teams a clearer way to follow conversations tied to tasks and activities. This enhancement is coming very soon.
Updates Now Live
- Increased the cache limit on Contact Lists so you can scroll further without interruption
- Added core Workflow templates that can be copied and customized for your firm
- Introduced a new Meeting Organizer field to designate who controls a meeting
- Added a new Contact List filter allowing filtering by last name letter range
- Corrected misplaced buttons in the Activity Timeline
- Made usability improvements across Opportunities, Workflows, Activity History, Tasks, and Subtasks
- Enhanced Company Details to display industry and website information
- Improved the Contact Detail Report layout and readability
Looking Ahead
As the year comes to a close, the foundation of Altitude has never been stronger. Workflows are live and expanding, Accounts and Assets are nearly ready, Bookings is entering beta, and performance improvements are already being felt across the platform.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone growing with us. Your feedback, trust, and patience continue to shape what Altitude becomes. We are closing out this year with momentum and heading into the next one with clarity and excitement.
Thank you for climbing with us. The view ahead is worth it.
