Activities Due Report
The second report, Activities Due, is now available on the dashboard. This report provides a clear view of all upcoming activities, opportunities, and personal contact touches for the week ahead. It gives you a quick, exportable summary of what needs attention, keeping your entire team organized and proactive.
Expanded Relationship Types
We’ve added an extensive set of new relationship types, allowing you to better segment contacts and professionals by their personal, familial, and professional connections. This update includes support for Trusted Contact and other key relationship categories that deepen your client profiles.
Contact Detail Enhancements
A small enhancement has been added to the badge section within the Contact Detail workspace, improving visibility and context at a glance.
Personal Contact Workspace Improvements
Quick actions at the contact level have been updated for faster and more intuitive management.
Calendar Enhancements
Recurring tasks and events now display an indicator showing their repeating nature.
We have also refined how events display the primary person responsible, making it easier to see ownership at a glance.
Report Updates
Enhancements and corrections have been applied to the Today’s Updates report to improve clarity and data accuracy.
Opportunity and Letter Improvements
We have refined the Opportunity Detail screen for a smoother user experience and improved the usability of Birthday Letters for more consistent communication.
General Refinements
This release also includes various behind-the-scenes improvements to ensure Altitude runs smoothly and consistently.
