Product Update and Release Notes - Reports Arrive and Security Strengthens

Altitude continues to evolve this week with new ways to see your data and stronger measures to protect it.

The first of several new reporting workspaces is now live, along with improvements to login security, calendar management, and data visibility. These updates mark another important step in refining Altitude into the most reliable and intelligent CRM experience for advisors.

What’s New

Introducing Reports

You can now access the first reporting workspace directly from the dashboard.

The first report, Today’s Updates, provides a daily snapshot of all activity across your firm, including notes, tasks, and opportunities from the previous day. It is designed to help teams quickly review what happened yesterday and start each day fully aligned.

Two additional reports are already in progress:

  • Info Sheet Report – a concise summary of key client data for quick reference
  • Activities Due Report – an overview of upcoming actions to keep your team on track

Both are expected to roll out in the coming weeks.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

A simple version of two-factor authentication has been introduced to confirm user identity at login. This first release focuses on strengthening account protection. The next phase, scheduled for next week, will streamline the experience to make security both strong and seamless.

Additional Updates

  • Resolved issues affecting the creation of recurring events in the calendar
  • Fixed tagging issues, including enhancements to Primary Tags
  • Improved the visibility of search filters, making it clear when a search term is limiting your results
  • Added an easier way to view additional contact information for households
  • You can now navigate through pages of contact information directly from the contact detail banner and scroll to view more
  • Improved formatting for tasks, notes, and other items in Activity History; they now expand and collapse more predictably
  • Fixed formatting and export issues related to letters and addresses
  • Continued UI refinements throughout Altitude for a more consistent experience

Looking Ahead

The launch of Altitude’s first report marks the beginning of a new phase of visibility and insight. Over the coming weeks, we will continue to expand reporting, refine security, and improve how advisors interact with their data.

Altitude is becoming more connected, more intelligent, and more attuned to how modern advisory teams operate. Each update brings the platform closer to the complete experience we envisioned from the start.

Thank you for continuing the climb with us. The higher we go, the more you can see.
