The concept for Altitude begins to take shape. Early wireframes are developed to outline what a next-generation CRM could look like, focusing on clarity, automation, and intelligent workflows.
February 2025
Building the team
A small, dedicated development team is assembled to bring the vision to life. The first lines of code are written, and the framework for the Altitude platform is established.
March 2025
Testing the First Version
An internal MVP is tested by the team. Early prototypes of the interface and contact management tools are refined through real use and direct feedback.
April 2025
Advisors Join the Conversation
The team begins interviewing financial advisors to understand what their ideal CRM would look like. Their insights shape product priorities and feature design.
May 2025
Pathfinder AI is Born
The first version of Pathfinder AI is introduced, enabling users to log notes, create tasks, and uncover insights in real time. It becomes the foundation of Altitude’s intelligent experience.

Beta Testing Begins
A small group of financial advisors are invited to test Altitude in real-world conditions. Their feedback drives rapid improvements and sets the stage for launch.

Launch to G5 Users
Altitude officially launches to existing users of BGM’s G5 CRM. The migration process begins as advisors transition to the new platform.
August 2025
Full Migration Completed
All G5 users successfully migrate to Altitude. Early success stories confirm that the new platform delivers greater efficiency, visibility, and simplicity.
September 2025
Expanding Migration Paths
Migration options are mapped for Gorilla 4, Redtail, and Wealthbox users, opening Altitude to a wider range of advisory firms looking for a modern, AI-native solution.
