A Sharper Interface and Smarter Document Management

Product Update and Release Notes - A Sharper Interface and Smarter Document Management

This week’s update focuses on clarity and usability across key areas of the platform. The Contact List view has been refined for better visibility, the Documents workspace has received a major upgrade, and the Today’s Updates report continues to evolve with smarter data display and organization.

While this release is smaller on the surface, much of the team’s current work is happening under the hood in preparation for upcoming feature launches, including the Automation Library later this week.

What’s New

Contact List Enhancements

We’ve refined the Contact List view to make it easier to see and navigate your client data at a glance. The improved layout provides better visibility and organization when working with larger datasets.

Document Storage Upgrades

The Documents workspace now supports folders and full drag-and-drop functionality, allowing you to organize and move files just as you would on your computer. This enhancement marks a major improvement in how files are stored, accessed, and managed inside Altitude.

Today’s Updates Report Improvements

The Today’s Updates report has been significantly refined to present information more clearly and prioritize what matters most. Enhancements include:

  1. Event types now appear directly in the report
  2. Full email text is viewable within each entry
  3. Improved timestamps for clearer activity tracking
  4. Corrected title and description formatting
  5. A more efficient list view for easier reading and navigation

In Progress

Our team is finalizing testing for the Automation Library, which is on track to begin rolling out Thursday if testing goes as planned. This upcoming release will be one of the most significant milestones of the year, introducing the ability to run prebuilt and custom automations directly within Altitude.

Looking Ahead

This week’s refinements strengthen Altitude’s foundation for the next phase of innovation. The improvements to document management and reporting create a more intuitive, connected experience for advisors and teams.

With the Automation Library and other major updates on the horizon, Altitude is moving closer to becoming the all-in-one command center for modern financial advisors.

Thank you for continuing to climb with us. The path forward is full of momentum.
