Every product reaches moments that define its pace. For Altitude, this week marks one of them.
After a successful Labor Day weekend release, the platform is now running stronger and faster than ever. Many of you have just completed your migration from G5, and we are thrilled to welcome you fully into Altitude. Your feedback and trust continue to guide the improvements we deliver.
This week’s update is about momentum. Performance is improving, core systems are stabilizing, and our focus is shifting toward the next wave of innovation.
Performance and Stability
Over the past month, our engineers have been working to eliminate the bottlenecks that caused slow load times. Those efforts are paying off. You should now notice faster responses across the platform, especially within Activity History and Contacts.
We have also implemented advanced tracking tools that help us identify and remove remaining inefficiencies. If you encounter delays that feel outside the norm, let us know. Every report helps us make Altitude smoother and more reliable.
Our commitment is clear: Altitude should always feel fast, responsive, and effortless.
What We Are Focusing On This Month
With performance stabilization well underway, our attention for September turns to larger initiatives that move Altitude forward in both capability and convenience.
- Restore and enhance email sync. Remaining issues are being resolved so we can re-enable full synchronization.
- Launch the Objective Library. Testing is underway. Once live, you will gain access to a library of automation templates designed to save time and streamline key workflows.
- Finalize calendar synchronization. A more reliable two-way sync will make staying organized simple and seamless.
- Expand reporting. Foundational team-based reports are in development, giving finacnial advisors a clear view of activity and results across their practice.
- Enhance Pathfinder AI. We are updating its logic to reflect the new structure of Activities and related data, ensuring Pathfinder continues to provide accurate, actionable recommendations.
- Add in-app license management and billing. You will soon be able to manage user seats and payments directly inside Altitude.
These priorities form the backbone of our September roadmap. They represent the balance between performance, power, and user experience that defines Altitude’s next stage of growth.
