What video platforms does the AI Meeting assistant work with?
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. The bot joins automatically when a meeting is scheduled through Altitude or linked to an Altitude activity.
Where does the AI live, and who has access to my transcripts?
Transcripts are encrypted at rest, isolated to your tenant, and never used to train external models. Your client conversations stay yours.
Can I edit the AI summary before it gets saved?
Yes. Any financial advisor can override any AI-generated summary, section, or insight. The edited version becomes the canonical record on the client profile.
What if the AI generates a section we don't use?
Turn it off. Section-level configuration works firm-wide and per-advisor, so you only generate the insights you actually act on.
